If you're like us, you have been counting down the days until the next D23 Expo! D23 Expo celebrates everything that we love about The Walt Disney Company from Disney to Marvel to Pixar to Star Wars across film, television, Disney Parks, and more. Today, we got a sneak peek at what's to come during D23 Expo 2019 and we cannot handle our excitement. Here's everything we learned:
When Is It?
D23 Expo 2019 will take place August 23-25, 2019 at the Anaheim Convention Center. Marking our calendars now!

Walt Disney Archives Exhibit
Last year this amazing exhibit featured Pirates of the Caribbean. We'll learn soon what next year's exhibit will feature!
Talent Central
This is where we will be able to meet some of our favorite Disney stars, a.k.a. the place where we will be crying tears of joy.
Mousequerade![]()
What's an amazing experience at D23 Expo without the Mousequerade? It will be back in 2019 with actress Yvette Nicole Brown and fashion designer Ashley Eckstein returning as judges! Ashley stopped by the announcement event today and we were so excited:
D23 Expo 2019 Design Challenge
This year the Design Challenge will be themed to the Haunted Mansion, which first opened at Disneyland in 1969. The iconic attraction will be celebrating its 50th anniversary next year! Twenty-three pieces of finalist artwork will be on display at a gallery on the show floor, and the winner will be chosen prior to the start of D23 Expo. There will be more details revealed in the fall, so we'll be looking out for that!
Tickets
Obviously, we will be getting tickets as soon as they go on sale! This year, discounted single-day and multi-day tickets for D23 Expo 2019 will be available exclusively to D23 Gold Members. Gold Members who purchase their tickets from August 23–November 20, 2018 will also enjoy an additional special “Early Bird” discount. General admission tickets are $89 for a one-day adult admission and $69 for children. And for those of you going all of the days, three-day money-saving tickets are also available!
