Lilo and Stitch: Family Tree

Enjoy this Lilo and Stitch craft that will bring the whole family together!

What You'll Need:

  • Lilo and Stitch family photos
  • Cutting mat
  • Black foam core
  • Push pins
  • Tape
  • Double-sided tape
  • Twine
  • Craft paper
  • Brown paint
  • Paint roller
  • Foam brush
  • Brown and green craft foam
  • Gold metallic paint pen
  • Pencil
  • Utility knife
  • Craft knife
  • Tape runner
  • Scissors
  • Wood circles
  • Glass bowl

How to Make It:

  1. Cover work area with craft paper.
  2. Using a foam brush, paint the wooden circles with brown paint.
  3. Draw a freehand tree trunk onto the black foam core.
  4. Use a glass bowl to trace circles onto the photos, and then cut them out.
  5. Using a paint roller, paint the whole tree trunk brown and let it dry completely.
  6. Use the gold paint pen to add details onto the coconuts and the tree trunk.
  7. Use the craft knife to cut leaves from the green foam.
  8. Use a craft knife to create details on the leaves.
  9. Use a tape runner to attach the top and bottom together.
  10. Use double-sided tape to attach the photos onto the coconuts.
  11. Place the trunk onto a wall with wall-safe tape.
  12. Tape the leaves onto the wall above the trunk.
  13. Tape coconuts onto the wall between the leaves.
Note: All cutting should be done by an adult.
