Calling all dreamers! As part of #DisneyMagicMoments, fans can now enjoy a special virtual viewing of the all-new “Magic Happens” parade, which debuted earlier this year at Disneyland Park! It’s a great way to enjoy Disney magic from your home:
The daytime spectacular includes nine new parade floats, two original songs, two dozen characters, and more than 90 performers, celebrating the awe-inspiring moments at the heart of so many Disney stories.
Every bit of the parade is thoughtfully crafted, mixing classic Disney lore with today’s pop culture. Floats were created as moving pieces of art, featuring classic Walt Disney Animation Studios tales such as The Sword in the Stone and Sleeping Beauty, as well as more recent stories like Frozen 2 and Disney and Pixar’s Coco.
The costume design draws inspiration directly from modern runways, and the soundtrack and choreography are heavily influenced by today’s contemporary culture — its energetic musical score and new songs were co-composed by singer-songwriter Todrick Hall.
