Take a Tour of Pixar Fest at the Disneyland Resort

Pixar Fest is officially in session! Obviously we had to explore every corner of the festival at Disneyland and Disney California Adventure, so we joined Disney Eats to chat with the cast members behind the magic. Here’s everything we learned about the attractions, entertainment, food, and merch at Pixar Fest:

A Toy Story Slinky Dog float? This is everything we’ve ever dreamed of. Here’s what “Paint the Night Parade” Choreographer Patty Noson had to say about her role in the parade:

“Who can deny that I have the best job in the world?”

We can’t deny it! On top of this dazzling parade, another part of Pixar Fest that we absolutely loved is the food. We asked Disney Parks Sous Chef Caine Littrell how he comes up with his ingenious ideas for the treats at Pixar Fest, such as the lemon churro sprinkled with all the colors of Carl’s balloons. He responded:

“Well you start with some crazy ideas. You do a lot of tastings, of course, right? It’s a tough job, but somebody’s gotta do it.”

We volunteer as tribute! Littrell continued:

“And then, of course, building the recipes, training all the cast members on how to make it properly, and execution, and hopefully we hit the mark.”

There’s no doubt that the lemon churros and cheeseburger pizza hit the mark.

We’re so happy that we get to experience Pixar Fest over and over until September 3!
